We are sad to announce the death of Fred Jarvis, CBE.  Fred died peacefully at home on Monday 15th June 2020 aged 95 following a short illness.

 

This site is being maintained by Fred's family as repository of Fred's thoughts on recent issues and topics that interested Fred.
